Kara Driscoll, Staff Writer for Dayton Daily News, reported today on yesterday’s opening of the new Aldi grocery store in Beavercreek, Ohio on Dayton’s east side. Aldi was represented in the transaction by Andrew Feinblatt of OnSite Retail Group, LLC. Feinblatt and fellow OnSite Retail Group partner, Eric Abroms, are also representing the developer of the shopping center, BSM Properties of Nashville, TN.

Recently, OnSite Retail Group completed another lease in at The Shoppes at Fairfield Commons with Salon Lofts, who is also represented by OnSite Retail Group. OnSite Retail Group is marketing two additional spaces still available for lease in the shopping center – a 2,800 square foot space between Aqua Tots and Salon Lofts and the north endcap space of 5,600 square feet.
