OnSite Retail Group client, Dollar Tree, continues to expand across Ohio – this time in Middletown, located between Cincinnati and Dayton. The new 10,000 square foot store scheduled to open in February 2017 will be located at 3600 Towne Boulevard, across the street from Meijer. Kristine Davidson of Blue Ash, OH-based OnSite Retail Group represented Dollar Tree in the deal with Mid USA Credit Union, the landlord. Davidson exclusively represents Dollar Tree in and around Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Dayton, Columbus and southern Ohio.
