Josh Rothstein, Jeff Smith and Scott Saddlemire recently completed the sale of a former bank branch property in New Lebanon, OH, just ten miles west of downtown Dayton. OnSite Retail Group represented Columbus, OH-based Huntington Bank in the sale of the 1,599 square foot bank building on 1.07 acres at 675 West Main Street.

Reed’s Pharmacy, a locally owned and operated pharmacy serving the New Lebanon community, purchased the property and is re-purposing the building for a relocation of their nearby pharmacy.
