Rothstein of Blue Ash, OH-based OnSite Retail Group recently brokered a lease at Blue Ash Commons on behalf of the owner, KM Blue Ash Development Company, and its management company, Gershenson Realty & Investment LLC. The new restaurant, Truva Café Mediterranean, is relocating from the Crossings of Blue Ash shopping center and leased 3,548 square feet at 4122 Hunt Road in the Kroger-anchored shopping center.

Blue Ash Commons is a community shopping center located between Kroger and the former Kmart store in Blue Ash at the intersection of Hunt Road and Plainfield Road.
