Kaitlin Schroeder, Staff Reporter at Dayton Business Journal reported on Friday, October 7, that swim school, Aqua Tots, is planning its second Dayton, OH-area location at The Shoppes at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek which will be anchored by Aldi. The lease was brokered by Andrew Feinblatt and Eric Abroms of OnSite Retail Group, LLC of Blue Ash, OH on behalf of developer BSM Properties of Nashville, TN. Recently, OnSite Retail Group completed another lease in at The Shoppes at Fairfield Commons with Salon Lofts, who is also represented by OnSite Retail Group.

OnSite Retail Group is marketing two additional spaces still available for lease in the shopping center – a 2,800 square foot space between Aqua Tots and Salon Lofts, and the north endcap space of 5,600 square feet.
