Dan Eaton, staff reporter at Columbus Business First, reported on Thursday, August 4 that retailers are beginning to open their stores at Shoppes at East Broad, including two retailers represented by OnSite Retail Group, LLC. Already open is the new 10,000 square-foot Dollar Tree store. Kristine Davidson of OnSite Retail Group represented Dollar Tree in the transaction.

Another OnSite Retail Group client, TJ Maxx, is expected to open in the next 30 days. OnSite Retail Group’s Eric Abroms and Scott Saddlemire represented TJ Maxx in the transaction that will relocate TJ Maxx’s existing store in Reynoldsburg on East Main Street.
