Joshua Rothstein and Kristine Davidson of OnSite Retail Group recently completed a 10-year lease with Carter’s at 32 East in the Eastgate retail market on the east side of Cincinnati. Carter’s, the retailer of children’s clothing, gifts and accessories, will occupy a 4,000 square-foot endcap space adjacent to Kirkland’s at 690 Eastgate South Drive. Payless ShoeSource also signed a lease at 32 East for a new 6,000 square-foot Payless Super Store in a deal brokered by Scott Saddlemire of OnSite Retail Group. The new Payless Super Store will be the first Super Store for the Topeka, KS-based retailer in the Greater Cincinnati area. The new store is expected to open in the Spring of 2017. The 32 East shopping center is owned by PEBB Enterprises of Boca Raton, FL.
