Joshua Rothstein and Kristine Davidson of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group, LLC recently leased 2,000 square feet to Zoup! on behalf of the owner, 32 East, LLC, at 690 Eastgate South Drive in the 32 East shopping center, directly across the street from the Jungle Jim’s complex in Union Township.  Zoup! offers hundreds of award-winning soups with 12 always-rotating daily varieties, including soups that are low-fat, vegetarian, dairy-free, spicy and made with gluten-free ingredients – each served with freshly baked bread. Their menu also features made-to-order salads and sandwiches.  The Zoup! franchisee, Buzza Soup, LLC, will occupy the endcap space in the 4,800 square foot outlot building across from Jungle Jim’s. OnSite Retail Group client, HomeGoods, recently opened at 32 East and others including Kirkland’s and ULTA plan to open soon.
