Janet Patton of Lexington Herald-Leader reported today that Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is planning to open their first store in Central Kentucky at Crossroads Shopping Center at the corner of Nicholasville Road and East Reynolds Road, catty-corner from Fayette Mall. Fresh Thyme will backfill the former OfficeMax space.

Downers Grove, IL-based Fresh Thyme was represented in the lease transaction by Eric Abroms and Scott Saddlemire of OnSite Retail Group, based in the Cincinnati suburb of Blue Ash, OH. OnSite Retail Group is representing the grocery chain in their expansion in Northern Kentucky as well, and also in Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus.
