Joshua Rothstein of Blue Ash, OH-based OnSite Retail Group recently brokered the sale of the property located at 1979 Madison Road in the heart of Cincinnati’s historic O’Bryonville Shopping District. Rothstein represented the seller, Me and Morrison, LLC, in the sale of the 1,750 square foot building to Treadway Gallery, Inc.

The property was the former home of Morrison & Me, an exclusively haute couture shoe store, that now operates at 2643 Erie Avenue in Hyde Park Square. Treadway Gallery, Inc. has no immediate plans for the future of the building.
