Joshua Rothstein and Andrew Feinblatt of OnSite Retail Group, LLC recently sold the Liberty Towne Center development in Liberty Township in northern Cincinnati on behalf of SAE Properties, LLC. The 10,000 square foot retail center located at 7115 Liberty Plaza Drive was purchased by OAY Hospitality Inc., who immediately signed a new listing agreement with OnSite to market the property for lease. Grand Peking restaurant remains in the center, and according to Rothstein, there are three vacancies of 1,500 square feet, 2,000 square feet and 5,000 square feet.

Rothstein said OAY Hospitality has a new design and new vision for the center. Going forward the center has been renamed Liberty Pointe. Immediately upon acquiring to property, OAY Hospitality upgraded the landscaping, repaved the parking lot, repainted the building and installed a new façade. He also added that Hilton is currently building a new, 92-room Home 2 hotel directly behind and adjacent to Liberty Towne Center, which he believes makes Liberty Towne Center even more desirable to retailers. Even with the dramatic improvements to Liberty Pointe, the area immediately surrounding the property and the surrounding retail market, Rothstein said the rents have remained relatively low for the market which is hopping with activity.
