Joshua Rothstein and Kristine Davidson of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group recently completed a lease at Bishop Square in Oxford, Ohio with Cloud 9 Vapor Lounge on behalf of RENVC Oxford Commercial, LLC, a development company controlled by Columbus, OH-based RLF Architects. Bishop Square is currently in development on the site of the former Walmart store in Oxford.

OnSite Retail Group was hired to handle the marketing and leasing of the retail and restaurant spaces at Bishop Square, a mixed-use project offering 272 beds for student housing, a new public library and over 17,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.

Cloud 9 Vapor Lounge’s new 1,100 square foot store is expected to open to open this summer at 419 S Locust Street. Cloud 9 will be Oxford’s source for new, experienced and enthusiast vapers. The store will sells a full line of hardware, “juice” and accessories. The company also operates a store in West Chester, OH at 4972 Union Centre Boulevard in Union Centre Pavilion.
