Eric Abroms and Josh Rothstein of OnSite Retail Group in Cincinnati, OH recently brokered a deal on behalf of their client, Salon Lofts, to lease 4,550 square feet at the Kroger Marketplace-anchored Liberty Commons shopping center on the north side of Cincinnati in Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio. Salon Loft’s newest store will be located at 7312–7314 Yankee Road, Liberty Township, Ohio 45044. The shopping center is owned by Liberty II Investments, LLC.

Salon Lofts is a community of experienced beauty professionals who enjoy all the benefits of owning a salon without the risks. Salon Lofts offers individual suites where professional hair stylists, massage therapists, skin care and nail specialists run their own unique beauty salons in loft-type settings within premiere shopping centers. Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, Salon Lofts operates 65 locations in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Missouri and Ohio.

Following Salon Lofts’ tremendous success at both their Tylersville Farm and Bridgewater Falls locations, the company believed there was a need for another location to meet the high demand and position themselves to handle the growth in Liberty Township. The Liberty Commons store marks the 11th location OnSite Retail Group has secured for Salon Lofts.
