Kelli Wynn, Staff Writer for Dayton Daily News reported today on the future redevelopment of the Englewood Truck site on South Main Street in Englewood, OH. Andrew Feinblatt of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group is brokering the deal on behalf of the buyers, BSM Englewood, LLC, and is also responsible for the marketing and leasing of the new retail development proposed on the site.
