Amy Scalf, reporter with The Community Recorder, reported today that Pet Supplies Plus will be one of three businesses opening in part of the former Kroger space in Independence, KY. The new 8,500 square foot store will be the second in the region for Livonia, MI-based Pet Supplies Plus, a privately held company with 300 stores in 23 states.
