Andrew Feinblatt and Scott Saddlemire of OnSite Retail Group represented Nashville, TN-based developer, Baker Storey McDonald Properties in the acquisition of 6115 Glenway Avenue in Westwood. The 0.67-acre site, located at the northwest corner of Glenway Avenue and Werk Road, is one of the highest profile properties along Glenway Avenue in the Western Hills regional trade area. The northern portion of the site will be redeveloped. Demolition is currently underway to clear the site for construction of a new 4,800 square foot store for Mattress Warehouse, also an OnSite Retail Group client represented by Feinblatt and Saddlemire.
