With a strong mix of both national and local tenants, new ownership and new management comes a new vision for this center rich with potential. Along with a $1.8 million streetscape renovation in the works for Northland Boulevard, the City of Forest Park is also benefiting from over $20 million in private investments to the city in the form of business redevelopment, relocation and enhancements to the surrounding employment landscape.
