Qdoba Mexican Grill has signed a lease at Western Village, on the northwest corner of Glenway Avenue and Werk Road. The fast-casual Mexican restaurant signed a lease for 2,250 square feet of space. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.

Kristine Davidson with OnSite Retail Group represented the tenant and Elizabeth Houser with Brixmor Property Group represented the owner.

Western Village is anchored by a 77,000-square-foot Kroger store, with other tenants including Cincinnati Tan and H&R Block. Brixmor is the second-largest owner of community and neighborhood shopping centers in the U.S., managing 585 properties across 39 states.
