Huntington Bank set to move, expand Delhi banking office

September 24, 2011

Huntington Bank is busy building out its new banking office in Delhi Township as the Columbus, OH-based regional bank seeks to increase its presence on Cincinnati’s west side. Huntington is planning an October 10, 2011 opening in its new location at 5148 Delhi Pike in the Kroger-anchored Delhi Shopping Center.

Huntington’s new office will be 3,400 square feet – over 35% larger than its existing office, also located in Delhi Shopping Center. Huntington Bank first came to Delhi in 1993 with the acquisition of Charter Oak Savings. Huntington decided the existing banking office, originally built by Charter Oak, was undersized and lacked adequate visibility. Putting the deal together on behalf of Huntington was Scott Saddlemire of OnSite Retail Group. Huntington Bank currently operates 37 banking offices in the Greater Cincinnati area. Huntington Bank, with $52 billion in assets, serves customers in 6 states – Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania & West Virginia – through its network of over 600 branches, 1,300 ATMs and via online and mobile banking services.
