Scott Saddlemire represented United Dairy Farmers in the acquisition of a 1.08 acre site in Middletown, Ohio. The acquisition gives UDF the opportunity to relocate an outdated store just a couple blocks to a new site with greater visibility, increased access, and room for gas pumps. The new store, opening in mid 2011 will be located at 106 N Clinton Street in downtown Middletown.
