Salon Lofts is gearing up to open its 3rd location in Greater Cincinnati in Spring 2011. Eric Abroms represented Salon Lofts in the new lease in West Chester, OH, at the Tylersville Farm shopping center anchored by LA Fitness. Salon Lofts opened their first area location at 9285 Governor’s Way, just off Fields Ertel Road in Symmes Township. Another location is currently under construction in Kenwood Galleria in Madeira. Each location, essentially a “salon community” under one roof, provides entrepreneurial beauty professionals (known as Loft Owners) individual spaces to lease and operate their own businesses. Each facility typically has nail technicians, skin specialists and masseuses; however most of the shops are dedicated to hairstylists. Salon Lofts, based in Columbus, OH, currently operates 19 locations in Columbus, Cincinnati and Tampa. The company is actively seeking additional locations throughout Greater Cincinnati.
