Dollar Tree Stores relocated and expanded their store in Lancaster, Ohio. Kristine Davidson represented Dollar Tree in a new lease with US Properties Group that will result in a new 9,600 square foot store at 11414 River Valley Boulevard, in River Valley Plaza. Dollar Tree previously operated in River Valley Mall. Throughout the recession, Chesapeake, VA-based Dollar Tree Stores has continued to expand its presence and currently operates over 4,000 stores nation-wide.
