Eric Abroms and Scott Saddlemire, principals at OnSite Retail Group, represented The TJX Companies, Inc. in two recent transactions for Marshalls in Greater Cincinnati. The two new stores opened on October 28th in Norwood at Surrey Square, and in Union Township at Eastgate Crossing, marking a return to the Cincinnati area for the retailer which closed its previous Cincinnati-area stores in the late 1980s prior to the acquisition of the company by The TJX Companies. Marshalls, with over 800 stores in the U.S., is currently looking to expand further in the Greater Cincinnati area.
