Qdoba Mexican Grill opened its 6th restaurant in the Greater Cincinnati market on November 22. The new 2,500 square foot store, located at 9220 Allen Road in West Chester, Ohio, will be located in the heart of the thriving Union Centre submarket. Kristine Davidson represented Qdoba Mexican Grill in the leasing of the space in the former Busken Bakery property owned by Next State Properties, LLC. Qdoba, with over 500 units nationwide, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jack in the Box Inc. The company based in Wheat Ridge, CO, plans to add additional stores in the Greater Cincinnati market in 2011.
