Joshua Rothstein and Kristine Davidson of OnSite Retail Group recently finalized a deal to bring First Financial Bank to Bishop Square in Oxford, OH on behalf of client NVC Oxford Commercial, LLC.  First Financial Bank, currently operating its Oxford branch at nearby Stewart Square, made a strategic decision to relocate the branch to Bishop Square to take advantage of the new development’s excellent visibility and prominence on Oxford’s Locust Street, the town’s primary retail corridor.  The new 2,025 square foot branch at 411 S. Locust Street at Bishop Square will occupy the north endcap space of the north retail building and will feature two drive-thru lanes for customer convenience.
