A big announcement came out yesterday and it was exciting news for Deeerfield Township in northern Cincinnati, OH.  Cincinnati Business Courier senior staff reporter, Andy Brownfield, broke the news yesterday revealing that Fifty West Brewing will be joining previously announced Pins Mechanical Co. as the second anchor at District of Deerfield, an exciting new $120 million mixed-use development by Blue Ash, OH-based Silverman & Company and leased by OnSite Retail Group.  The District at Deerfield is a 26-plus acre development located just off Mason-Montgomery Road along Parkway Drive.  This third location for Fifty West Brewing is expected to open by spring 2024.  In his story Brownfield wrote, “Fifty West is opening a second location of its Burger Bar restaurant, as well as a small production brewery that will put out limited runs of beer. The facility will have four outdoor sand volleyball courts, two pickleball courts and cornhole, all in view of two expansive outdoor patios, one covered by a large awning in front of the restaurant and the other studded with picnic tables, pergolas and a sand pit.”  Joshua Rothstein and Jeff Smith of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group are leading the marketing and leasing efforts for District at Deerfield and represented Silverman & Company in the transaction with Fifty West Brewing.
